As a taxpayer or full-time resident in the communities of Ludlow, Mt. Holly, Belmont, Plymouth, Cavendish, or Proctorsville, you are invited to become a library patron and use our services free of charge. Cards expire annually by system default. This ensures we have your most up to date contact information.

Youth memberships must be acquired in-person.
Youth under 12 require an Adult Guarantor on the their membership.
Youth 12+ will be afforded all the privileges and privacy as an adult member.
